that Robert has read the whole thread, and his comments are perfectly consistent and coherent, even to those who may not agree with him. He makes perfect sense to me.

You have raised emotional blocks to his message, and mine. Its not so much that you think we're wrong, you want us to be wrong, you desperately need us to be wrong. That kind of delusion cannot be overcome with mere logic or persuasion. There is absolutely nothing that can be done about it, it must be left to run its course naturally.

You have too much of an emotional investment in
your religion to discuss it rationally, even if we conceded religions, especially contrived and artificial civic ones, were open to reason. The slightest indication that Robert might be onto something threatens your world view to its very foundations. The suspicion others, perhaps even most, might be sympathetic to his ideas fills you with gibbering rage. You're not just afraid he might be right, or even that he might take over, in all his jack-booted, Statist usefully idiotic splendor. What you're really terrified of is that you can't understand why that isn't immediately obvious to everyone else.

I've given up trying to talk it out of you. I've found the only thing I can do is provoke you into more inconsistencies and contradictions, so that at least others can judge for themselves.

Now, go ahead and prove me right.
