Don't patronize me, Tom.

Don't patronize me, Tom.

The upper tiers started getting richer faster immediately after Reagan was elected. Is it unreasonable to conclude that policies which favor the affluent, especially tax policy, might have a little to do with that?

And I never said women "started working in the 80s". But we both know, charts or not, that in order to maintain a relatively stable household income women have had to go to work. And of course, that curve is bound to level off eventually as the job market for women approaches saturation.

If both spouses in an income bracket have to be employed to maintain a flat salary, that might have some effect on the Gini ratio as well since that affects the lower brackets more than the upper. Look it up. I bet its in Wikipedia.

You know perfectly well how this works, Tom. Don't play games with me.
