just beyond current technology...

This is interesting Tom and corresponds to something I heard as a kid, but could never verify. IT would be interesting to compare UFO reports from 100 years ago with today's. Especially if there is any descriptions of inner control mechanisms. Even just 50 years ago, when computers were still housed in buildings I would expect any descriptions of the controls to consist of mechanical devices, such as dials and switches, wheras today's ufos ought to be more inline with the glass cockpit look.

Is there any such depository of descriptions out there?
