Masterfully done, and against the backdrop of the news that Caroline Kennedy-Something will endorse him tommorow, comparisons to JFK were inevitable. His message and interactions with the audience were emotional, positively so, hopeful and upbeat, and I found myself saying "he's going all the way". There's a distinct contrast with everybody else running, on either side, and that inspirational quality, I think, may carry him into the White House.
Realistically, the above is no doubt the "hangover" of listening to a gifted and inspirational orator. There's a long way to go between now and November, and something could come up that completely takes the wind out of his sails.
But in the meantime, I also said to myself, "I know who I'm voting for February 5th". I want to give Barack Obama every possible shot at winning the White House.
