If some reporter asks McCain about it he should answer:

"I've been going to church my whole life and never heard any MINISTER preach such things...I'd walk out of a church service if the MINISTER was preaching hatred of America...I saw men die for America...America is about hope...America is about good...No MINISTER I've ever listened to Hates America..."

Hillary needs to say about the same...But she needs to really go on the offensive on this one.
