Yes.
And I think it should the matter of a State to pass laws regarding it's use. I wouldn't be opposed to a State or local govt outlawing it.

So, mainly all laws requiring it on the federal level should be removed.
In addition all street drugs shouldn't be a federal matter either.

The war against drugs is war which is lost and was an not winable war from the beginning.

I don't think taking drugs is a good idea and I think it's morally wrong. But America is a nation which values liberty, so that *means* we have to legally allow behavior which could be wrong and immoral.
If you want Americans not to take drugs, then you have decide whether this priority is so high that you would willing to live in a totalitarian state. Because it would require a totalitarian state to end it's use thru means of passing & enforcing laws.
