I'll count it as a near miss. It's kinda like a kid who knows he's in trouble going first to the parent he knows is more tolerant.

Yeah Tom. Perfect logic. Hitler had charisma. Obama has charisma. Therefore Obama is as bad as Hitler. Let's just forget that Abraham Lincoln had charisma, Benjamin Franklin oozed of it, FDR had it, Churchill was the master of it. If you're going to make a point, make sure it has just the tiniest bit of data to back it up.

I also love the implication that someone "gushing" for Obama has never looked into the details of his life, his voting record, his business acumen, his academic record. Hmm, I must have forgotten that step. Oh wait. I've spent hundreds of hours researching the records of all the candidates in this 2 year march and darn if it hasn't led me even further into support of the progressive candidates. Oh, I forgot. Research is only valid if you only click on Tom's partisan links.

And Tom, don't worry. I really don't care anymore about selling you or your type on Obama. You sold your soul long ago. My whole goal anymore is simply to keep myself protected from people with ideals like yours and try to prevent your crap from getting spread to low information folks. It's getting easier by the way. The pile of boneheaded decisions and the horrible consequences of those choices gets higher every day and guys like you just keep spouting that the emperor still has clothes on. Anymore one simply has to sit back and start the laughter.
