I'm perfectly happy with the total destruction and annihilation of the neo-cons Tom. They were the ones behind this push to power. These guys were as close to true fascists as our nation has seen since prior to the Great Depression.

I don't want to see the Republicans decimated as long as they act like real Republicans. Very few did during that period. You can name the ones that did on one hand.

Some of the Democrats deserved to get their butts kicked at the time you mention. They were certainly corrupt and overreaching but let's look at the relative damage that occurred during their last major reign and compare it with the Republican period. It's not even close.

No Tom, on second thought let's not. You haven't come close to acknowledging the horrific damage these cretins did and you've had plenty of opportunity. We'd just argue til we were blue in the face and to tell you the truth, you're simply not worth it.

I have every intention to be a thorn in the side of Obama's administration and the Democratic Congress just as I was during Clinton's time in office but that won't start until they're all sworn in. I have little voice locally though. My representatives and Senators are all extremely conservative Republicans. They don't listen to me and never will. You'd feel right at home here.
