Yes.

And Art...I would LOVE to see 80k teachers the norm. However, I would expect the same quality and preformance levels I expect from a good physician. I have no problem with it. I am disgusted by the low quality of AZ schools. I hate that they don't often even have books to give students and that assignments are downloaded. Kids can't study at home and the failure rate and quality rate is abysmal.

So I want to see teachers paid more. I want to see schools funded by a cooperative community outreach - perhaps something like a vocational aspect, providing interns to local businesses, in exchange for funds for education.

Germany has that angle down pat. It's GENIUS.

Schools provide employees for internships at local businesses where they receive vocational training and in turn local businesses pay more to the schools for education. They get quality educated, well-trained employees ready to hit the workforce when they graduate.

Merceds Benz and other high-profit, hiqh quality companies have used vocational training for over half a century. In Japan similar programs are at work.

The secret is PRODUCING WEALTH to PAY for INCREASES in teacher SALARIES - and providing a service to those wealth producers - the businesses that foot the bill and will be employing the local population.

Art, In my 'ideal' world - almost everyone is earning good money. But for that good money they produce results and quality - making a better world for all.
