They are applying the most cost effective approach to the largest segment of the population. I agree that most women I have known got breast cancer in their 30's and 40's. And to not do self breast exams, because they aren't important sounds like it was written BY A MAN, who is obviously on the payroll and is trying to quell the alarm.
Personally, I think a group of woman warriors should drag him out of his self important office, take his wallet out of pants and then crush his balls on national TV.😈
