You keep on forgetting to mention, many of us supported the war on Iraq as long as it was about WMDs and a smoking gun Al-Quaeda connection. Some of us were able to switch sides when it was the right thing to do, and switch sides again even if it meant admitting to ourselves we had been made fools of by men we had followed and trusted.
It was the "Domino Theory" all over again.
