You've finally come out of the closet. I must have hit an exposed nerve with that last post. I bet it was that line about "fascism is the dictatorship of the middle class".

Not that it really surprises me. You've been dishing out the same veiled message here for at least as long as I've been here. Those who don't swallow your line completely are clearly Bolsheviks. No deviation tolerated. And any attempt to deny that is prima facie evidence of communism. It's hard to counter that kind of reasoning. That's Creationist meme-making if I've ever seen it. There's no way to talk to you except to agree with you completely.

Well I don't Tom. I think your philosophy is mean and petty, self-serving and downright ugly. I don't even get insulted by the way you push it, or how you insult those who don't share it, any more. It's just your nature. You do more to discredit your philosophy than anything I could do or say. You can't help yourself. Well I guess that makes me a communist, if only by your definition. But by mine, it makes you a fascist. Not surprising, you are just like my Cuban friend. What you are really concerned about is someone confiscating YOUR business, nationalizing or controlling YOUR property, taking money from YOUR private sector, and controlling YOUR educational system. I wonder what makes you so afraid everyone else is a money-grubbing obsessive. Like my friend, I bet you feel as long as no one does any of that to you, you don't really care what happens to anybody else.

What your self-justifying world view seems to miss is that "progressives" have no need to plunder your loot. They are doing quite well without any of it. They tend to be self-supporting and prosperous, well adjusted, generous and confident enough in their ability to remain so to allow themselves the luxury of feeling a bit of concern for those less fortunate than themselves. You're the one who feels everyone has their hand in your pocket.

You would have fit right in during the early days of the Third Reich. All you've done is substitute in your rhetoric "progressive" for "Jew".
