I agree with several of your points Fox, but at some point you have to draw the line.
Many people have been more than generous towards Sam, at first trying to help him, then realizing over time he was just playing, or not serious about learning.
Sam seems to let information roll off of him like water off of a ducks back, i.e. he seems to retain nothing.
What he had to say today was finally too much, and I thought I should throw down my 2 cents.
