Minor addition
An interviewee on PBS News Hour last night said the Supreme Court, or whatever court, might have a hard time overturning this ruling.
The fellow said that the ruling was well reasoned, drawing from previous Supreme Court opinions.
He added that the Court could overturn it, and this Court may well do that, and to do so could well upset a number of previous decisions.
It will be interesting to see if it is overturned, on what grounds, and who participates, and how broad or narrow the ruling is. The easiest way for them to do it would be to have it overturned by an appeals court and just refuse to hear it.
