Actually my suggestion was to address...
...those I've heard on the radio recently. They explain that "under god" includes every monotheistic religion's god. So that Allah, or Yaweh, or Zoroaster (sp?), or Whoever are actually included in the phrase.
I say that if this is true, then the grammer is wrong unless we pluralize it. There're a lot of gods hovering over our heads, apparently.
