No, since its regarding a generic God. If you substitute the words Jesus Christ, or Allah, or the Great Pumpkin, then you would have a conflict. Also I know of no where where it states that the pledge must be said. Isn't it voluntary?

If one doesn't believe in God, where's the harm? Why not just leave those words out, or not say the pledge at all.

Certainly not worth fighting a lawsuit over.
