They can't hurt anybody if they're dead!!!

Here we are, the Most Powerful Nation On Earth, and we can't find a better solution than to say our troops are just going to shoot up trucks full of civilians? This is the vaunted American inventiveness and know-how?

I bet the people over there are trying to think up some better way to deal with this. Why do you keep saying it has to continue?
