Any war that ever freed ANYONE has killed some of that were freed. Sometimes in the thousands, and tens of thousands.
By your argument, no army should ever fight in any war where someone besides a soldier might get killed, even if that war is justified.
If you'd think about it, this would put humanity at the complete mercy of the Saddams, Pol Pots, Hitlers, Mussolinis, and countless others who could be dragged from power only by armed force.
