Yep, these were the guys we had a right to stomp and replace their governments. Egads! Do you even read my posts on this board?

That we left Japan and Germany democracies was a reeeeel nice gift that we didn't have to do (but were wise enough to NATION BUILD anyway). The point of WWII was not to liberate japan and germany, but to obliterate them and remove them from oppressing our allies who WANTED us to come in and liberate them....
