Re: Stop reading horse manure. Yours or mine?

Pilger does have an agenda after covering it for 30 odd years.
He hates it.
He has seen the carnage first hand.
It is second nature for him.
He has risked his life many times to cover the story.
So yeah, I'd say he's biased.
And he brought up some good points.
Points it easier for you to shoot down because you weren't there.

You have the sanitized version in your mind. You see a few humble Iraqis jumping up and down with the peace sign, while thousands more are injured, hungry, dehydrated and homeless.

>"The paper, "Counting the Human Cost of the Gulf War," supposedly issued in July of 1991, does not appear to exist in any form except as a reference in other papers."

I remember reading that as little as two years ago. Perhaps it's been CONVENIENTLY removed, so the liberals won't have any ammunition to throw at the Bush administration.

>"Practically the only reference on the Web I have been able to find on this number and organization is in writings by John Pilger. Most of the rest of the "crimes" in this article also only exist in Pilger's own mind."

Nice comment Tom. Here is a veteran reporter who you are managing to discount simply because what he has written about annoys your version of reality as far as the Iraq wars are concerned.
He was there. You were not.
