Who administered the IQ tests to the Afghanis and the Iraqis? Would you like to post a link to their national test scores? Or would you please provide an address for an agency or a journal citation where one can find this data?
How about the IQ test scores for the Germans and the Japanese at the end of World War II? (I'm sure that's the first thing the armies of occupation did.)
Frankly, I'm not sure IQ tests are administered comprehensively in the US anymore. (That would be for the whole country, you know, everybody, just like the census.)
Go ahead and call national groups STUPID. You know you want to. It's more honest than blowing made-up pseudo-scientific smoke.
Of course that flies in the face of the idea that Iraq is a sophisticated, cosmopolitan, educated nation that can and will accept democracy if offered, which was part of the pre-war build-up that promised a short stay for US troops. Now that things are more difficult than was sold, the new spin is that the Iraqis are too dumb to know what's good for them. Don't you get a crick in your neck from spinning your head around 180 degrees?
