Being able to write down big words from someone else (Levin) without bothering to get the counter evidence is not evidence of expertise or an ability to judge the relative merits of the issues involved. Anyone interested in the question of life on Mars should read books that discuss the pros and cons of the evidence. Most do. There are plenty of cons that Barry never addresses.
When you can't answer technical challenges to your claims in any relevant fashion you are a psuedoscientist at best a scam artist at worst. I read science books by scientists or authors recommended by scientists not frauds.
