Professional demeanor counts in public.
This is public.
When two teenagers are groping each other in the mall, it's public. When a bunch of kids start throwing food at each other in the food court, or the school cafeteria, it's public. When drivers curse each other out with the windows open on the road, it's public. When people have audible personal conversations on their cells in a restaurant, it's public.
All that is play, except the drivers, who are blowing off steam, and I think there's a lot of that going on here too. None of it is polite.
You will say people can leave if they don't like what they read. That, of course, is true. The next time someone mentions that the public is less than interested in space, remember that they can leave if they don't like what they read.
If you want other people to want to play in your yard, you have to remember your manners.
