Its great to find somebody else who has this problem. Not great in comiserating, but great in that maybe we can work together to discover the source.
I have a suspician that it was installed when I installed an application. Based on doing a search of files created at about the same time (as Justin suggested) I think it might be a program called Boombox Internet Radio Player.
Did you install this as well?
