My experience with the appearance of the ConfigSys folder and the popups has been different. I've never had Boombox installed on my system, so it may not be the culprit, or it may be one of several culprits. I'm not sure where I'm getting it from yet, but I'm going to keep monitoring the contents of my Windows folder to see if the ConfigSys folder shows up again. I'm also going to be sure to keep up to date on reference files from LavaSoft's Ad-Aware, which is definitely a program worth having and using.
The ConfigSys folder has appeared on my system several times now and I have deleted it each time. There's probably something still lurking in my system that makes it reappear, so I'll keep looking for information on it.
