I too have BoomBox installed, but had no idea it was creating this configsys folder with the two dll's and the 3 html files.
Are we sure this is the culprate? Could there be others doing the same thing?
Is there any way we can work together to find out who these ads are placed for. Like if you install imesh or something, they install Gator (GAIN), therefor we know it's the gator corporation who is behind it.
If we can find that out, we can get info from the company as to how to remove it completely and which products infiltrate our pc's with it.
Also, has anyone emailed Spybot about this? Their immunization system could keep this out even if an app such as boombox was installed. But they need to know about it first.
