I've been watching the current play-by-play between the U.N. and Iran for some time now. Their effectiveness at stopping Iran's nuclear program approaches zero. As I write this, they're basically telling the U.N. to take a flying fornication at a rolling doughnut, and they know the U.N. can't do a damn thing about it. The longer they talk, the longer they string out negotiations, the longer they can send the U.N.'s "Chamberlains" back to New York waving pieces of paper, the longer they have to complete the Flaming Sword of Allah.

Then all we have to do is hope that these religious fanatics don't decide it's worth half their population to take out Israel forever, or American bases in the Middle East, or the "American puppet government" in Iraq. All within range of Iran's Shihab-3 missile.

Might I also remind you that the U.N. missed most of the details of active nuclear programs in Iraq, prior to the Gulf War, and in Libya, which is still coming up with surprises the U.N. hadn't seen. They weren't the ones who uncovered the Middle East/Pakistan nuke ring either.
