You implied that membership in NATO was being held up for some nations on the condition that the prospective members join the coalition. Since the most recent members on the list I was using (the current 19 members of NATO), joined in 1999, this is obviously not true.
Whether they were signed on to the coalitioin during the invasion, or later, is utterly irrelevant to this point.
If you want to change your argument in midstream, go right ahead.
And since the actual ratio is 12/19, it's almost two-thirds.
