We could find out. Print out the list in Dan's post. Ask the liberals you know. See if they consider any of that acceptable in an interrogation situation.
When looking at the photos of the hooded men, I did notice that they didn't seem to have a bruise anywhere on their bodies. If you give up physical persuasion, you need to use psychological persuasion. Neither will be a pleasant experience.
The sexual crap was unnecessary and wrong IMO, but a case can be made for the nudity, hoods, and confinement.
The question still remains: How to get them to talk and cooperate? We are dealing with some tough sons of bitches, here.
