How much extra would Beagle 2 have cost if they used the NASA airbag sytem?

The Pathfinder lander and rover weighed about 1200 pounds. The MER landers and rovers weigh about the same. They required a rocket system in addition to the air bags to insure safe landing.
However, Beagle 2 only weighed 70 lbs (!) I'm guessing it could have gotten by with just the airbag landing system that NASA used, without the retro-rockets.
How much extra would that have cost?
