You might be right.
I don't know enough of the details personally. What I do know is that I have been in the private launch system business for over twenty years, was forced to make do with limited funds in many cases, and have had a lot of technical failures along the way.
I don't feel comfortable jumping on someone else's failures in space.
As far as throwing rocks at other space designers goes, I'm living in the Crystal Palace.
