ESA's taxpaying constituents know it's the Bastille storming's anniversary

While I can't think of a single thing that your post just added to the analysis, I will add that thanks to cyberspace, ESA's taxpaying constituents know what ESA is NOT offering them (prizes). It's the 215th anniversary of the storming of the Bastille, by the way. Spain's Aznar recently learned what happens when the public disagrees with a leader's approach.
