He is a spammer, and used to post with a handle that was a address to his embarrassingly pitiful web page... This cretin has made it OBVIOUS that he has no understanding of the subject he seems to have taken on as his crusade....

I have been on review panels for NSF funding, And this idiot doesnt know how the process he screams about really works... he is just a pitiful hack...
