Of course, the operating assumption is that the evil Rumsfeld is holding back production for some nefarious reason. Might be interesting to hear the whole story.

Armored Holdings is a hot company right now. $8 million in revenue when it was created in 1996, up to $850 million in 2004. Has absorbed quite a few smaller armor companies.
