The fact is the constitution forbids the government supporting religious icons like the one in question.
Mind showing where it says that in the Constitution.
And don't give me a read it answer, I have.
The cross is a 50 year old memorial to veterans, but somehow doesn't have any historical value.
For me it's a matter of selective intolerance on the cross in question.
