None of which you site or reference.

Which makes it your subjective belief as far as I am concerned.

"Terri did well following his directions to look at that silly balloon.

TS' head flails regularly back and forth, if once out of ANY UNKNOWN NUMBER of tries, the head is timed to the balloon- THAT trumphs the scientifically founded diagnosis of PVS?

Once seemed to look back at him with a 'furled brow' and lipped WHY?

There we go. Seemed. You look at the video-tape produced by the parents, see what you are told to see, and suddenly you know better than more than a decade of medical opinion. Look at my post above, follow up the links. You have an agenda, this much is clear.

See for yourself, look more carefully and open your mind up a bit more when you're reading.

Bullshit, Bullshit and more Bullshit. The problem is NOT me having a closed mind. The problem is people believing something and not giving a shit about the established objective facts of the matter, and staring at clouds and seeing subjectively whatever they want. I'm not the one casting aside Medical Science and Legal jurisprudene to insist that my faith and belief dictate a higher truth. It sounds like YOU are.

Just like UFOlogists and Yeti-hunters everywhere, you have pulled this 'Closed mind' crap with me when I try to insist upon the matter being discussed with fact and science. This is the typical fallacy employed by those who wish to maintain a proposition is true without any objective evidence or support.

as to the findings concening the Balloon:
Some comments about the reproducability of this supposed balloon incident

and here as well

The medical ethicist hired by Jeb Bush to review the case found also that this was NOT reproducible despite hours of trying.
