Yes and no
Euthanasia, in the form of physician assisted suicide, is only legal in Oregon. However, euthanasia, in the form of ending life support, happens on a regular basis in every state. The question is who gets to decide when and under what circumstances euthanasia happens. Few people have a problem with someone requesting a removal of life support for themselves through a living will (some lawyers say an enduring power of attorney is a better vehicle for such requests).
