Dear Bank Officer/Tax Collector/VP in Charge of Membership/Landlord:

I refuse to pay X% of my loan/taxes/membership dues/rent because some other customers/citizens/members/residents said bad things about me and I don't like them. But I paid you lots of money in the past, so you should be OK with this.
