PS: The judge's name is Lefkow, with a K.
I resist correcting spelling and grammar out of courtesy because none of us is perfect, but I suspect that this misspelling comes from other sources, who are attempting to be witty by mocking someone they don't like through misuse of her name. In the case of politicians, who seek the spotlight, this is satirical, if sophmoric, and so is marginally acceptable. In her case, in view of the personal loss that put her in the spotlight, it isn't.
You spelled it correctly at first. C is nowhere near K on the keyboard.
