Yes the Republicans did it with Clinton, and Yes the Democrats are doing it with Bush. What they are doing has nothing to do with "advise and consent". The crap is really set to hit the fan (if I can throw in another cliche here!) when Renquist retires in the next month or so.

Are the Democrats prepared to filibuster Bush's nominations for the Supreme Court over and over until Bush is gone from office? And what next if an even more conservative President follows Bush?
