She rehashed the subject with a excerpt that basicly said:

Bush has gotten a few of his appointments through,
the Republicans did the same to Clinton.

Then she snuck in an off-hand remark intended to insult and made a statement to the effect that Judge Lefcow knows beter than I because she is a victim of "judiciary bashing".

Is there something I missed? And does it change the fact that Judge Lefcow was and is wrong.

I have, you have, and we all have ther right and duty to question judges we disagree with.
