The US would love it if we could ignore the ROW and have it go its petty way.
The problem is every time we look the other way, some radical muslim group decides to fly airplanes into our buildings, behead our citizens, or bluster about some ridiculous "holy war" against the infidels who happen to be US.
That in and of itself would be bad enough, but then some holier than thou European and African "diplomats" try to tell US that we are the cause of evil, and that WE need to be more diplomatic and come to a better understanding of the pain of those who attack us.
I'm sorry, but I can't rationalize being diplomatic toward a bunch of anti-wealth, anti-capitalism, anti-democracy, anti-semetic, anti-american bigots.
I why should we respond diplomaticly to Terrorist blackmail?
The UN is a farce because it gives the false aura of empowerment the most idiotic and lame-brained of factions. Now the US finally has a leader that calls as he sees em and they are really disturebed by his "poor Diplomacy". The UN will survive Bush, but will it survive itself?
I care. I really do.
Current Events » in reply to Too bad Bush doesn't know the difference between a tough diplomat and a tough.
It has nothing to do with dominance.
