Griffin tries to pitch "lifeboat Mars"

Trying to build support, Griffin pitched Zubrin's "lifeboat Mars" concept.
I note that the response was pretty much as expected. Of course, this is the WP, but so far the comment is not getting any play.
I remain firm in my view that CAPS is the only future program the public would be willing to pay for. Perhaps as this Zubrin-lite architecture goes down, NASA will rediscover it.
