Dilution.

You make it sound as if I'm some heartless, selfish person who cares nothing about those who have less. Nothing could be further from the truth.

If you overburden any country with, poor, uneducated people it lowers the productivity, wealth and quality of life for all. Eventually you make it so everyone suffers equally.

If you live on an island and one person can invent and build, you don't task him to the point he can't invent and build. You let him build homes and invent a plumbing system and an infrastructure that can improve life for all. The US has made life better for every nation on Earth - bar none. Burden it to become a babysitter for the poor and tax its infrastructure and you effectively kill the golden egg laying goose just to have a quick meal. The US dies and progress screeches to a halt, before the technology to save the world and support the masses more effectively is developed.

Already this is happening somewhat. If it's not checked, the world can kiss progress goodbye and the long status quo and general lowering of quality of life will set in--and not just in the US, but all over the world.

If you have one spare meal to give to others per day - you maximize it so that it can feed the most without any of them dying. If you try and feed it to too many people - ALL will die.

Prosperity and wealth keeps foreign aid coming to millions around the world. Mexico is receiving the largest handout of all and shows no gratefulness whatsoever. Quite the contrary, they demand more--much more. The collective selfishness and lack of perspective is to be expected from desperate, uneducated people.

Breaking our laws and stealing our property is one thing, but then being a demanding invader and complaining it's not enough and that we should realize they have the right to our property and we should accomodate their lawbreaking and stealing is another entirely.

However, those who can see the big picture, have to take the necessary actions to ensure the survival of all. True compassion means applying wisdom to charity. Teach the world to fish and they wont need charity.

Education, productivity and proper leadership means no person in the world need be poor or starve. Mexico, like many other nations is missing all three of these essentials to wealth even though they have more than enough land, strategic location and resources to become a very prosperous nation.

That they sit on prime real estate, with huge resources, uneducated and are born only to illegally enter our country as soon as they come of age is a sign their government and nation is ripe for either takeover or revolution from within.

Either one would be a blessing for the Mexican people.
