Excellent question. But I think you are relying on interpretations of the Bible and the ministers that teach it. They've gotten lost in the myth surrounding Jesus, who appears to have taught the heathens how to love, then ascended.....as most Masters are want to do. I gave up listening to preachers and reading the bible years ago.
I make up my own mind as to what is good, and move towards it.
I think Hell is on earth, as is Heaven. Actually I don't believe in either. We make peace with our Universe and our place in it. You can see that as a blessing or a problem.
