I'm not much one to fixate on genetics, but some folks will read Art's line and think that he is implying anyone with German blood is liable at any moment to spring into Hitler and resurrect the Nazi atrocities of 1933-1945.

Linking genetics to predispositions for behavior is dangerous stuff.
