On Israeli's opinion and my advice in the simplest terms possible

My simple advice: Do things that help to achieve your aims. Avoid doing what will not achieve your aims. Never ever do do things that prevent you from attaining your aims. When people counsel you that there are things you must do that are in the third catagory, stop listening to those foolish people.
