In a no-win situation, all are losers.

But to say that Americans dedicated to the Constitution, Bill of Rights, freedom, honesty and truth are dedicated to defeat is to say that America is no longer a nation of laws, but of an imperial presidency.

In other words, the conservative position.

Now, tell me which side is anti-American.
