Last week in Tampa 39 of the Latin King leaders were arrested at a summit meeting. At least on a temporary basis, the Latin Kings are without their Incas in the state of Florida. This will require them a great deal of pain to reqroup and recover from this version of the Appelation Mob bust. And RICO is being applied so there will be a major financial impact as well.
