All insult humor is name-calling.
Some is more clever. As this example relies heavily on linguistic structures, it's more sophisticated.
I see that you engage in a similar sport, without the humor:
Muslims are the most destructive and insulting group of people on the planet.
You know them all, doubtless. You also know all the other peoples of the world, in order for you to make your hyperbolic assertion stick.
